Systems requirement for creative cloud

what should be the basic system configuration to run all aspects of creative cloud as I have Lenovo p51 ( I7 9th gen 16GB ram 4GB graphics card) what I need to do to increase the systems performance and system is lagging while working on after effect and photoshop.

What type of hard disk or SSD? What size of image in Photoshop? What graphics card?
