Tax Exempt Status

We recently setup an Adobe account for our not for profit organization. While setting it up the person helping me confirmed they had received our tax exempt certificate. Now a few months into it, we are still being charged sales tax. Who do i contact to correct this?

You should contact Adobe Customer Support or the Adobe Tax Exemption Team directly. Provide your tax-exempt certificate and account details again so they can verify and remove sales tax from future invoices, and possibly refund past charges.

Hi Adobe Support/Tax Exemption Team,

We’re a not-for-profit organization and shared our tax-exempt certificate
when setting up our Adobe account, but our recent invoices still include sales tax.
Could you please review our account and remove tax from future billing?
