Teams not working

Just purchased Teams yesterday. Not working today. Spent hours trying to deal with on-line supoport. When that didnt work I tried to call. When that didnt work, I tried to cancel. I cant get anyone to contact me. 

I guess the only thing left is call my credit card to cancel.

Has anyone had success with customer support?
