Question

Teams Plan - Payment is past due - avoiding getting cancelled

Hello

I already reached out to the customer care by phone. But (maybe because of the language barrier) I didn't understand what the support agent was trying to explain to me and he hung up on me..

We have an Adobe CC Teams plan and recently the credit card owner left the company. Because of that we had to change the credit card information, but now the payment has failed. The support agent was able to tell me the reason, which we will try to fix.

But my main concern is, how long can we use creative cloud subscription before getting cancelled.

We have an annual payment occurrence and received an invoice on November 8, 2021. The status of this invoice at this moment is 9 days past due.

Other renewal information:

RENEWAL PERIOD October 8, 2022 - November 7, 2022
ANNIVERSARY DATE Plan automatically renews on November 8, 2022

Do we have to worry? Or is there another way to contact Adobe for this? I don't have a region specific contact number, can I for example reach out the Adobe US?

I think, but I'm not quite sure, that there is a one-month grace period. I would, however, strongly recommend to contact Adobe support via chat via the admin console! If you are a Teams administrator, you can request such a chat support session. If the person who left the company was the contract owner, you also need to get that fixed. If you have control over that person's business mail and his/her Adobe ID was connected to that e-mail address, you can also easily change the contract owner yourself (by logging in using his id, eventually requesting a password reset). Eventually, the person can also assist you with that. It depends if you separated on good terms :-).

Hi Abambo

Thank you for your reply.

I will try to request such a support via chat.

We have access to our account and are contract owner. The only issue is the payment. We contacted our bank to solve this as soon as possible.

Kind regards
