Tengo 2 licencias y quiero dar de baja 1

Buenas tengo 2 licencias de Adobe y necesito dar de baja 1, y no me sale como que puedo.

La única forma que te permiten esto, es un mes antes del plazo de renovación?

I purchased an annual subscription with 2 licenses, they would be for 2 teams and I want to cancel 1, thank you for your help!!!!
