    Hi @Andamento Produções

    Thank you for the update.

As checked, you currently have an Individual Creative Cloud subscription associated with your Adobe ID. To access and use this license, you need to sign in and select the Personal profile in the profile chooser.

Earlier, it appears that you were using a Teams license, which would have been associated with your Business profile. When signing in, you would have accessed that license by selecting the Work/School (Business) profile. Since that Teams plan has been canceled, there is no longer an active license associated with that Business profile, which is why you are unable to access Adobe products when using that profile.

To use your current Individual subscription, please make sure to select the Personal profile when signing in.

You can refer to the following documentation to learn more about Adobe profiles:
    https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/manage-adobe-profiles.html

Hope this helps. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Regards,
    ^AN

    Thanks for reaching out.

I checked your account and can see that you have an active Individual Creative Cloud Pro plan associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. Could you please confirm whether you are experiencing issues while trying to access this plan?

When signing in, please make sure to select the Personal profile in the profile chooser to access the plan.

If you are experiencing this issue on your machine, please try signing in using an incognito browser window and visit https://adobe.ly/4sB7ES3. When prompted, select the Personal profile in the profile chooser and check whether you are able to see your active plan.

Please try this and let us know the outcome, as this will help determine whether the issue is related to cached credentials.

    Regards,
    ^AN

    Appreciate your patience on this.
