TERRIBLE support !

The support is terrible, i need to switch from indepdant account to team, 4 agents left the chat in the middle.

They are very bad, no one helped me solved my issue.

I payed for license then pay for team license, pay 2 license in 1 year, didnt received my refund.

Terrible chat support, also by phone, the english is hard to understand!

so bad cause adobe have great product
