I paid for Adobe Creative Cloud through your university but also downloaded the trial version separately on the same Email because I got the download link very late and did not know what to do, and now Im experiencing issues accessing the full features of the paid version. Everytime I try to install the application it brings me to an option to choose and pay.

If that doesn't help, please go to Adobe Customer Service (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.

if your subscription is administered by your school, contact the admin.  otherwise, if the first revert-to-trial fails:

proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

if that fails, change the install location
