Hello!Have a 25 device licenses Creative Cloud for Education, and some devices (not all) has a trouble during installation СС.Fatal error is "The HDPIM Setup Process return code is (190).Stopping the installation process. Product Media (PHSP, 19.1) installation failed ..."Create an installation package with Photoshop only for testing. Version Photoshop 2015 installing without errors, but latest (2017, CC) versions have the error 190. Demo version of Photoshop do not have this problem, but I cant activate it, because device license don't have an activation key. Hi,What applications are included in your package? Just Photoshop?If you can install the trial version then it is possible to create a license file with Creative Cloud Packager and roll that out.Adobe Creative Cloud license package Create packages with Adobe Creative Cloud for education device licenses Other things to try are rebuilding the package.In this thread it was reported that updating Windows 10 fixed the issue.
