Hi ,

Could you please tell the OS you are working on?

Ideally the save option is disabled from Reader DC.

If we talk regarding Acrobat DC ,you could try and repair Acrobat if you are on windows and then see if that helps.

If save does not work for you ,you could use save as ,as both have the same functionality however save as would give you a dialog box to modify the name and location of the PDF.

Are you able to save the PDF by using the keyboard shortcut?

Try rebooting your machine as well .

Hi,

First thank you for your so soon answer.

The OS on that i am working on, it is Windows 7 Enterprice.

The apps are the Acrobat reader DC and Acrobat Pro DC.

The repair option was the first step but nothing. I did not have an improving.

And you have reason. I saw that they was this functionality for both versions,  it was being showing like  disabled until i made changes. Then i saw this option as enabled for both apps.

I have checked its permission of document but it was not  showing  neither blocking or  without permissions or something like denied.

and finally, i asked to my colleagues to have one verification of GPOs of our servers. But all right, there was not anything running on its GPOs

I did a test from other computer and with different documents and same situation. I saw that it is running ok. False alarm. Thank you

But thank you very much Sukrit.
