There is a problem downloading creative cloud needs a user name and password I have no idea what my user name is where would i find this to compltet this step please!? Anthony.

Hi there, 

 

This screen requires you to enter your computer password, to install anything new on a MAC machine it needs you to authenticate the process by entering your MAC/Computer password.
