This installation package is not supported by this processor type

Question

I created a CC package with a number of programs, however when I try to install I get this error.

Are some of the applications 64 bit only?

I am trying to install on a less than 1 year old dell OptiPlex with good specs, running Windows 7 32bit.

I'm using the creative cloud enterprise and its for ohio state university.

Here are the apps in the package: Package created without issue.

Lightroom

Photoshop

InDesign

Illustrator

Dreamweaver

Acrobat DC

Premiere Pro

After Effects

Fireworks

Audition

Prelude

Bridge

Hi,

As you mentioned that you have 32 bit supported machine. You would need to make sure that you select 32 bit while creating the package. Also there are few products like Premiere Pro cc 2015 which works only on 64 bit machines.
