Tracking license usage from adobe console

Dear  Team,

As an admin, I am looking for features in which we would be able to remove the user ID from the console based on the usage of the license. If the user is not using the license for some specific period of time, we should be able to get reports, and based on that,  we can remove and reclaim the license.
