Transfer CC libraries from an expired account to a new account

Hi,

My IT department have changed their service provider handling our company's Adobe accounts. As a result, my (current until yesterday) Adobe subscription has been revoked, and a new account set up for me under a differernt email address and profile. Trouble is, I had years' of accumulated CC libraries set up on the previous Adobe account, which I can no longer access (except by a free trial). Even when accessing the Free version of my former account, nothing is showing up in the libraries, so I am unable to tranfer anything across to the new account.
Can anyone offer any solution? Thanks.

I'm not sure that I understand what you did, but I'm sure that you did what you did the wrong way. First, you plan such things in advance, before cutting off the line. Second, I do not understand that by changing the vendor you need to get a new account.

I would suggest to contact Adobe customer care via the admin console to see if there is a solution to this. https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/support-and-expert-services.html
