Transfer Individual User Folders from one account to another
So we had a situation where our VIP account expired...that is a long story I don't need to get into. So we made a new TEAM account. We added the licenses and were told we should be good. Well, today is apparently the day that the old ones finally were cancelled. Everyone was logged out. They logged back in and for the most part everything worked. Except Cloud Storage. So now we have users who had stuff in cloud storage who are unable to access it. Even if they login to the old account, they can't access any of the storage of what they had.
As an Admin, I can see there there is storage used, I can see all of the Users Individual Folders. However, I can't do anything with them. I just want to transfer them over to those same individuals on our new account.
Does anyone know how to do that? Since when I talked with support, they sent me here to make this post.
