"Transport connection timed out" error when adding certificate to PDF

Hello!

My team adds certificates to PDFs. Recently we have been unable to embed the timestamp into those certificates. We upgraded to Acrobat Pro 2022 recently, but did not have this problem for the first couple of weeks. The URL for the TSA looks correct. We get the error "Transport connection timed out" before the PDF is signed (the certificate does get added but without the embedded timestamp). 

Please note that I have already looked at the following thread and this does not appear to be applicable in out case:
