I got a notification that my substance trial has started, I didn't click anything to start this I was just updating my apps.

The problem is that I will need the app in a month (for school) but then my trial wil have ended, does anybody know if I can stop the trial and restart it in a month.

@Britt_H Substance 3D is not included under the license that your organization has provided to you. However, it is available with SDL HED, which is also available in your org contract. Kindly contact your internal IT team to gain access.

Please check this FAQ section for more details: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/faq/substance-3d-faq.html.

Hi @Britt_H,

I don't want to misguide you, so I will move this conversation to the right community.

But from what I know, Substance 3D Painter is entirely free for students, so as long as you are a student (or a teacher), you shouldn't have issues with our subscription.

Hi @Cyril Dellenbach

Thank you for your answer.

The problem I have with the student subscription is that when I enter my adobe ID (the one linked with my school) and submit I get an error saying "UniqueID already exists".

Kind regards,

Britt.

no, you can't restart that trial.

unfortunately, trials that start inadvertantly or end too early can't be fixed (unless your plan admin can do something that's not available to individual subscribers).  you'd have to use a different adobe id to restart a different trial.  ie, contact your plan administrator.
