Trouble activating my new Creative Cloud for ETLA?

Question

I've had a Creative Cloud for ETLA license for a few years. In April of 2017, when my last license expired, I mistakenly subscribed through a different route, where I was charged a significant monthly rate, as opposed to the very modest annual fee I had been paying. Working through Adobe support at this phone number,
1-800-833-6687 I was assisted in cancelling my license. I simultaneously re-purchased a CC for ETLA license, and received a redemption code. I've entered the code but, and when I try to go through the process again, I am told I've already entered that code. However, I have not been able to complete the new registration. I have various applications downloaded but now they fail to open (Photoshop and Premier).

Hi,Once you have changed your license you will need to sign out of the applications and sign back in, so that they can pick up the new license.I am not sure what kind of license you have from your description, an ETLA is a volume license for Creative Cloud for Enterprise, is administered from the Admin Console and does not involve any kind of redemption code.
