Trouble adding a phone number to account
Hi there.
I’m an admin for the Adobe account for our Marketing Retail team in Meat&More and I’m having trouble adding a phone number for Two Factor Authentication (TFA).
I’m on the manage account page and under the section “Login and security” I’m trying to select one of the methods for TFA, but keep getting prompted to add a phone number as a back-up. Though I understand this question and have a phone number ready to enter, I keep ketting an error as return: “There has been an error. Try again later.” Below, I have provided a screenshot of this error, keep in mind it is in Dutch and I’m providing a rough translation.
