Hi there,

since 1 week I cant install any Adobe CC Pakets anymore.

I am getting "The Bootstrapper Process return code is (42).Stopping the installation process." over and over again. Old Packages and new created Packages... its always the same.

I am running out of ideas... So please help me.

A part of the PDApp.log:

Hi all, just to bump this post up as I believe we are facing similar issues - we're finding that all packages recently created with CC packager version 1.15 have installation failures on Win10 (see below for the log). We've checked that we meet the system requirements. Appreciate any help we can get from Adobe or community members!

Similar issue have been reported here:

Could be that you're trying to install non-compatible software on a Windows 7 PC.

    Hello prodic,

I have already checked that other thread and the requirements for all adobe cc software. Unfortunatly its not the issue. An old package with just CC App and Photoshop isnt even working.

Here is my smallest test package for Win 7:

    - Creative Cloud Desktop Application

    - Photoshop CC 19.1.6

    - Camera Raw CC 10.5

    - STI_ColorCommonSet_RGB_HD 1.1

That should work on Windows 7. There is no XD, Dimension or the new Lightroom included.
