Trouble with creative cloud account
I'm experiencing a little trouble using adobe creative cloud service. Using this email address (Edited by Moderator- email removed) to use the service or at least I was until something has happened. I have changed the primary email once to (Edited by Moderator- email removed) once and then I changed it back to original one. I keep receiving the invoices and the money is clearly being taken of the card used to pay for the service. When I try to login to the https://adminconsole.adobe.com/ site using the same credentials I get an error message that I'm not allowed to access this site. I know that there is a separate admin user for this but I'm sure it was the same the above stated email address.
