Trouble with launching apps of Creative Cloud suite
Hi,
our faculty bought Adobe CC device licences through a global agreement for french universities as an enterprise contract. We received a link to download a prepackaged installation (zip file). Once extract, we have all we need to install the entire CC suite, via a setup.exe which don't ask for anything during the process.
We're using Virtual Machines (citrix xendestop), so we install the suite on a virtual machine to make a image master, without starting any adobe CC products.
After creation of the master, we start creation of 32 virtual machines for using Adobe products. All virtual machines are restored in initial state after each end of connction.
It work well, except that the first time we launch a application from the suite, licence files are created in the programdata\adobe\lstore directory, but the application don't start. We need to launch it a second time to make it start. After that, every application start correctly.
We wonder how we can avoid to have to start twice for the first application? Because of the return to initial state of the VM, each new user will have the trouble.
Thanks for responses.
Best regards.
Gilles.
