Troubles creating Adobe installation package

Hi there,

When i try to create my installation package on brand new iMac It will almost complete the installation but then fail and message will pop up that says"build log error". I've done the exact same process on all the other new iMacs in the lab but for some reason it's not working now. Is this possibly a licensing issue? How can i check if i've used up all my licenses?

    Hi,

    I would recommend that you purge the download cache in Creative Cloud Packager.

    Go to the drop-down 'Welcome' menu and choose Preferences
