trying to install premiere from trial version that has expired wont give me non trial

i had installed a premiere cc as well as some other software as a trial. Then my work set me up with an account through work. I tired logging into CC desktop app with my new user and all the apps were still trials. I uninstalled all the apps and reinstalled under my new work user and still all apps are trial.

any ideas?
