Trying to update Camera Raw 9.1.1 for CS6, receive error U44M1I0

I am trying to upgrade Camera Raw 9.1.1 for my CS6 install to support the Nikon D7200, and I receive error U44M1I0 when I try updating. It downloads fine but won't install. Error log:

Photoshop Camera Raw 9.1.1(CS6)

There was an error installing this update. Please quit and try again later. Error Code: U44M1U5

Adobe Application Manager
