Is it possible to cancel the automatic renewal of my annual plan? It is about to expire and I would not want to pay it automatically, not at least for the same number of licenses

You need to contact Adobe directly and If you are a Volume License organisation you should have Contact Info someplace in your records.

For retail: Auto renewal is not optional.

For other types of plan: you should say which kind of license you have, hopefully someone will know.
