Two separate charges on account/admin trouble?

Um for some reason, since Oct. 2023, I have been charged twice a month for two separate plans. Either Im stupid and signed up for the wrong plan but I used my university email to make an account as I was supposed to have a discount for being a student and I remember it telling me it was supposed to only be 20 something a month becasue that was the deal at the time but now I have admin access. But its not normal, I Im the admin and the student so I think im paying for both but I dont know how I ended up with this situation and now to cancel it. its like 200+ bucks and adobe wont help. The chat bot just shows me my billing info but it only shows the creative plus all apps charge (64.03) and then another which I dont know what it is for (37.35) Im spending so much money and I dont even need it for school this semester!!!!! Help please!

Apologies for the inconvenience being caused here. You might have to contact support when it comes to issues that are related to billing errors. You can create a ticket by navigating to the support tab on the Admin console.

Actually id like to be more specific... The chat bot sent me the billing info but ONLY showed the 64.03 charge BUT my bank . shows two different charges. I dont have another account btw either!
