Two subscriptions for two apps but with two different accounts (work and personal)

Hi

I have a personal subscription for Lightroom CC and a work subscription for Acrobat Pro CC. Whenever I am signed in with one account for one app I can't use the other any more and vice versa. What am I doing wrong please?

I am using Mac OSX 12.4.

Regards

Ralf

your two different subscriptions are as different as your my subscription and @Peru Bob's subscription (though we don't know each others password).  if we knew each others password we could log into each others account/subscription just like you're doing with your personal and work accounts.

ie, you're doing nothing wrong with what you have.  if you wanted to use both subscriptions without having to sign-out from one account and sign-in with your other account, you should have used one account for your subscriptions.

p.s. there's no work-around to do what you want (unless you consider changing both subscriptions to one account to be a work-around)

Thank you very much but this is really a bad news and Adobe is disappointing me once more.

Btw FYI since a few months there is a KB article, which describes how to achieve a multi license level installation.

You can only be signed in to one account at a time.
