Hi @tahir_4043,

Thanks for reaching out. I checked your account and can confirm that you have an active Teams subscription associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. Based on your description, when signing in to Adobe apps you are presented with two profiles: a Personal Profile and a Work/School (Business) Profile. You are able to access your paid subscription on desktop, but on mobile you are logged in as a free user.

This occurs because your paid license is assigned to your Business Profile, while the Personal Profile has no license associated with it. On your computer you are likely selecting the Business Profile, which is why Acrobat Pro works there. On mobile, the app may automatically sign you into the Personal Profile, which only provides free features.

How to fix this on mobile:

Sign out of the Adobe Acrobat mobile app.
Open the app again and sign in with the same email address.
When prompted, select the Business/Company Profile instead of the Personal Profile.

This profile contains your active Acrobat Pro Teams license.

If the app skips the profile selection screen or defaults to the Personal Profile, it will only show free access.

Please let me know if you do not receive the profile selection prompt. If needed, I can guide you through additional steps such as clearing the app cache or reinstalling the app.

If you face similar issues on desktop, please follow the steps in this article: https://adobe.ly/4ppcOj1

Let me know how it goes or if you need further assistance.

Regards,
^AN
