Unable to access Adobe Admin console

I’m unable to access the admin console for our account and there are no other administrators set up. Please advise how my account can be setup as the administrator. I can access our Adobe VIP marketplace account and see the licenses we purchased but without admin console access, I cannot administer or change our licenses.

After checking your account, I can see that you have an active Enterprise contract associated with the Adobe ID you used to post this query. However, please note that you are not listed as an administrator on this contract, which is why you are unable to access the Admin Console.

I recommend checking with your IT team to confirm whether they have access to the Admin Console.

If you are the one paying for the contract but are not aware of who the administrators are, I would recommend reaching out to your reseller for assistance with this issue.

Thank you for your response. I am part of the IT team for my company - we are very small and no one else has Adobe Admin Console access. I already reached out to my reseller and they cannot assist - they recommended I contact Adobe support. Please advise on next steps. Thanks!
