Unable to Access Adobe Admin Console - Access Denied Error

I am writing because I am unable to access the Adobe Admin Console. When I try to log in, I receive an error message that says: "We're sorry. You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator."
Could you please check my user permissions and grant me the necessary access to the Adobe Admin Console?
