Unable to access Adobe Admin console: 'You Don’t Seem to Have Access' Error

Hi,
I have Adobe Pro (purchased with this acount) and can't access to the admin console. 
I am the purchaser and should be the admin. I purchased it through a discount with Goodstack that should include 10 users. I am wanting to add a user to our account through the Admin portal, however, I received the following message:
We're sorry.

You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator.

Thank you for reaching out.

Upon checking, I was unable to find any active Teams or Enterprise contract associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. This account currently only has an individual Acrobat Pro license.

Please note that access to the Adobe Admin Console is available only with Teams or Enterprise contracts. Could you please confirm whether you have been granted access using this Adobe ID (email) or a different one? This information will help us assist you further.

If no other email ID is associated, please check with Goodstack regarding this matter.
