Unable to Access Apps
Licenses expired as of Dec. 23. Received the "grace period" countdown for seven days until it hit "0," and now I have no access. I have been told that all steps have been taken to ensure licenses have been renewed, but I am still unable to access the applications. Our IT department states the problem is with Adobe. We encounter this every year, but it's never taken this long. I have been without the use of the Creative Suite since December 30, 2025.
