Unable to Access Apps

Licenses expired as of Dec. 23. Received the "grace period" countdown for seven days until it hit "0," and now I have no access. I have been told that all steps have been taken to ensure licenses have been renewed, but I am still unable to access the applications. Our IT department states the problem is with Adobe. We encounter this every year, but it's never taken this long. I have been without the use of the Creative Suite since December 30, 2025.

I have reviewed your account associated with the email address you used to post here and discovered that there are no subscriptions tied to it. Is there another email address that might be related to your subscription?
