Question

The UMAPI is greyed out in developer console.

I am loaded as an admin and developer in Adobe admin console.

If I click on why is this disabled it shows admin permissions required.

Please help to get the UMAPI activated?

Thank you

Arlo

    Hi @A21899570x8tb,

Thank you for reaching out. I’ve reviewed your account and understand how access-related limitations can be inconvenient, so I appreciate your patience.

After checking, I can confirm that you currently do not have System Administrator access. At this time, the UMAPI can be added to the Adobe Developer Console only by users with System Administrator permissions, which is why the option isn’t appearing for you.

To help you move forward, a System Administrator within your organization can either:

    • Sign in to the Adobe Developer Console and set up the UMAPI integration, or
    • Grant you System Administrator permissions so you can complete the setup yourself.

Once System Admin access is available, the UMAPI option should become visible in the Developer Console.

Please feel free to let us know if this helps or if you need any additional support. We’re happy to assist.

    Thanks,

    ^BS
