Unable to add users to Non-Profit Acrobat Pro

Hi! We were approved for the Adobe Acrobat Pro's nonprofit discount, which is awesome.  Per the Adobe website, up to 10 individual annual subscriptions are available per user licence with this discount.  I’ve added one user but I can’t add any more users. I’ve tried using the link that was sent from Goodstack and I’ve tried going directly on the Adobe site but in each case I get an error message that the plan is not available.  Any suggestions on how to add users under this discounted plan?

Thanks in advance!

    Hi @Splash-HK

Thank you for reaching out and congratulations on your nonprofit approval.

One important clarification on how this plan works. The Acrobat Pro nonprofit plan provides up to 10 individual annual subscriptions, however each license is issued to a single named user and may not be shared. Each person in your organization who needs access must individually complete the validation process through Goodstack and obtain separate approval. This means licenses cannot be added in bulk or managed centrally, as a Teams plan does.

If your organization needs centralized license management, the VIP Marketplace program offers nonprofit pricing discounts through Adobe resellers and supports business license management. This is a separate program from the Goodstack individual plan.

For full details please refer to Section 3 Validation Process and Section 1 Overview of Available Offers in the nonprofit terms and conditions: www.adobe.com/nonprofits/acrobat.html#nonprofit-terms

For questions specifically about the validation and application process, Section 6 of the terms confirms that Goodstack Customer Support is the right contact, not Adobe Support.

Thanks Tariq! Yes, I knew about the individual user requirement but was still having trouble. I used incognito mode and was able to set up the users individually so all is now set up. Thanks again.
