Unable to assign Licenses to Federated ID

We recently set up Federated IDs in our environment Using the Azure Connector. Users have been synced and can sign in without issue to our shared device licensed machines, so no issue there.

However, if we try to assign a license for CC All apps to a Federated ID, we are unable. The option is grayed out and we can only assign it to an Adobe ID account. We are unclear why this is. Are we missing something obvious?

Hi,

I think you have the shared device license under the enterprise contract and the creative cloud all apps license in the Team contract. If I am correct then you would not be able to assign the creative cloud license under federated ID because the SSO feature is available in the enterprise contract. You can get all apps licenses under the enterprise contract and would be able to assign it under federated ID.
