Unable to cancel my 14 days free trial

Please cancel my 14 days free trial as i don't need to subscribe once the trial is expired. There is no option to cancel the trial under my plans. I don't want to subscribe to my 14 days free trial for acrobat.

Thank you for reaching out. Upon review, I see that you have an active Teams subscription associated with the Adobe ID used to submit your query.

If you would like to cancel your Teams plan, please follow the instructions in this document.

If you are unable to cancel by following the steps outlined or cannot see the "Manage" option, I recommend raising a support case through your Admin Console and having the plan canceled for you. You can refer to this guide on how to reach Adobe support for Teams plans.

Hi Anshul,

I have tried cancelling but not getting the option to cancel. I have also tried to raise a case but it didn't work.

Please cancel the trial.
