Unable to Cancel my Plan

I bought the free trail today to test the new editting software and after doing so i was unable to cancel the plani end up getting a screen saying "Unable to load data", i talked to the AI robot and it told me that i didn't have plan but when i go onto the plans section on the main website it informs me that i'm still on free trail it would be nice to know if i actually cancelled the plan or if its still running because i don't want to pay when i only intended on useing premiere pro for a few hours.
