Unable to Cancel Plan, Please help!!

I have had an adobe account connected to my school email for a while and I won't be attending the collage anymore so I'd like to cancel my plan, but after days of looking I have found no way of canceling the plan or manage the payment. I've gone through their help center page that explains how you both manage your plan and update credit cards details, but both advise I press the Manage Plan button within the Plans tab but I don't have one to begin with. When I go to the Contact Us option it advise's I contact my administration for help.

I don't know what they mean by contacting my administrator. I bought the student plan (It's been a while so i'm not exactly sure which plan it was)

when I was starting collage.

Within my profile it states I have the Adobe for Enterprise plan.

Again, I do use a school email for this account.

Maybe i'm just missing something that's obvious, if anyone could help me that would be amazing.

Hi! I think there's some confusion here. If you're using an Enterprise plan, it sounds more like the plan was provided through your institution. I would suggest getting in touch with your IT administrator and also contacting Contact Customer Care. If it's a school plan, your IT admin should be able to help. Best of luck to you

I have exactly the same problem, whats more, I have never been able to use the student plan because since I downloaded it, it does not allow me to access any application as I have to ask my IT for permission, and it doesnt work. Please, I just want to cancel the plan!

You need to go through your school if you have a plan through them or using a school email. They control the account. Why didn't you ask them for permission?
