Unable to create new support case or view the case created by tech support

Using admin console. The button view cases for enterprise support doesn't work.

 

This is regarding multiple users having issues verifying subscription as it connect reach adobe servers.

did you use the support tab on the console to open an issue?  if so, hiw long ago?
