unable to download my products

I've purchased the photography products but I cannot download them from Creative Cloud as on the computer screen appears this text "You don't have access to manage apps... Permission from your IT admin may be required to enable apps management." , What should i do about this issue?

It doesn't appear 'ServiceConfig.xml' on my MacOS 😕😕
