Hey, I got the Adobe Creative Cloud subscription thanks to my film school, except when I first downloaded Premiere Pro I got the Test Version that lasted a week, and now I can either install the Test Version or Buy the App. I should be able to get Premiere Pro, and I don't know what to do.

I Hope someone can help me, Peace

Did you contact your school IT dept to ensure you have the correct log-in ID and password to access your Creative Cloud services?

Log-Out and Log-in:

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click your Avatar > Preferences > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date." Hit the DONE button.
3. Click on your Avatar again.
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with ID and password your school told you to use.

Post back if you still need help.
