Unable to download the Acrobat DC Customization Wizard

I need to use the customization wizard to grant an offline exception before installing acrobat dc on a computer, I have done this many times. Today, the ftp site is failing and I cannot get to the download for the customization wizard.

I am starting here, Installation and setup — Acrobat Customization Wizard DC for Windows and when I click the link for the windows download to go here, ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/AcrobatDC/misc/ it says the site cannot be reached.

Still not working for me. I have tried on multiple machines and made sure we are not blocking it.

Try and see if you can navigate the tree: ftp://ftp.adobe.com/

I think if the site was down there would be numerous complaints which tends to make me think the problem is with your network. Try accessing the site from outside you network as a test.
