Unable to edit permissions for a product profile in Adobe Experience platform

I am creating a product profile in Adobe Experience platform. I have system & product admin roles for my org. 

I followed the steps in creating a product profile.  However after providing the name of the profile, it isn't redirecting to permissions page. And the product profile is created without any permissions.

 

When I click on "Permissions" tab, it shows an error.  What roles do I need to edit permissions and what am i missing here?
