Unable to gain access or launch the cc apps, only can download 30 day trial despite buying the plan. Why so?

My company is suppose to have the 3 yr plan for the cc apps, however, we cannot launch any of it in the account, can only download the trial version. Why is that so? Is there anything that we are missing?

    I wanted to confirm some things what do you mean by not able to launch any trial version.

    I wanted to know what is the workflow which you are using to install & download the application.


    Are you on Mac or PC. Are you on Creative Cloud for Teams or Enterprise.
