Unable to generate Adobe Ausst Override XML's

I'm unable to generate the Override XML's

CMD is being run as Admin, I have access to create files/Folder in the root space. I ran the Fresh Sync a few days ago and that worked fine. Any Advice would be appriciated.

CMD Returns the following  - Correct Server name is used.

C:\Users\jn>E:\inetpub\AUSST\AdobeUpdateServerSetupTool --genclientconf="/serverroot/AdobeUpdaterClient" --root="/serverroot/updates/Adobe/CC" --url="http://<ServerNameHere>"
Generate Client Configuration XML chosen.

Error in 0 items.
AdobeUpdateServerSetupTool returned with code: 0.
