Unable to get and share changes in Adobe Premiere Pro CC team project

I'm working on a team-project with one collaborator in Adobe Premiere CC. Our source file is on Adobe Creative Cloud but If I make any changes to our Premiere project and share my changes, the other collaborator is not able to receive any changes and vice versa. Please help.
