Unable to Install

Ive borrowed a laptop from the college i go to so that i can edit my project at home however when I try to install creative cloud or any other application it takes me to this screen:

and when i click continue nothing happens. I tried to search what to do on the Adobe website and it said to download the creative cloud uninstaller even though i havent even installed creative cloud yet but when i try to click the download button (to download the uninstaller) nothing happens there either. My project is due in 3 days so i really need a quick fix.
