Unable to install

I have installed Adobe Creative cloud and the admin of my company has input the credentials. Despite doing this several times, the download simply won't work. The system says the installtion is already running, but it is not usable. I don't have any error messages it just doesn't work - can anyone help please?

you've installed the adobe cc desktop app without problem, correct?

 

then when you select an app (eg, photoshop) and click install, nothing happens?

 

if yes and yes, reset the cc desktop app: make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

 

then restart your computer.
