Unable to install Adobe package MacOS

I made a package within the admin console to make a shared device package for MacOs. 

First I tried to install the Adobe Suite. When I encounterd errors I tried to install only the Acrobat Pro, but even that failed. Then I made a package containing only the Creative Installer and that installs without problems. When I checked the installation for Acrobat it install Creative Cloud, but after that it fails leaving only creative cloud on the Mac.

Tried installing this package on a Mac mini and a cleaned installed MacBook Air running MacOs Catalina. 

I hope someone sees whats going on.
